Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Curvaceous waist trainer. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Exchange Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange if your item doesn't fit. We offer free size exchanges — simply contact us and we'll arrange a replacement in your correct size.
Refund Policy
If you'd like a refund instead of an exchange, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Free from odours, stains, or signs of use
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Received a damaged or faulty item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at hello@curvaceo.us.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
