Size Guide

Find Your Perfect Fit

Getting the right size is the most important step. A well-fitted waist trainer should feel snug but comfortable — never painful.

How to Measure

  1. Stand up straight and breathe normally
  2. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your natural waist (the narrowest part, usually just above the belly button)
  3. Keep the tape snug but not tight — you should be able to slide a finger underneath
  4. Note your measurement in inches and refer to the chart below

Between Sizes?

If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort — especially if this is your first waist trainer. You can always adjust the hooks for a tighter fit as your body shapes over time.

Still Not Sure?

No stress — we offer free size exchanges. If your waist trainer doesn't fit perfectly, we'll swap it for the right size at no extra cost. Email us at hello@curvaceo.us.com with your order number.
